1. Overview

Rimzo Labs ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. Our AniWave iOS applications are designed to work without user accounts or registration. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any information that directly identifies you as a person.

The limited technical data described in this policy is collected solely to operate core app features (such as subscriptions and advertising) and is never linked to your personal identity.

2. Data Collected by Our iOS Apps

3. Third-Party Services — iOS & Android Apps Only

The services listed below are integrated exclusively in our mobile apps. They are not used on the Aniwaves website.

Google AdMob

Our free apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. We configure AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only (npa=1), which means ads are shown based on context (e.g., content type, approximate location) rather than your cross-app browsing history. We do not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, and your advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat assigns you an anonymous random ID (not linked to your name or Apple ID) to track your subscription status across app reinstalls. No personal information is shared with RevenueCat.

OneSignal (Premium / Swift app only)

Our premium iOS app uses OneSignal to deliver push notifications. We use provisional authorization, which means no notification permission dialog is ever shown to you. Notifications are delivered quietly to your notification center. OneSignal uses your device's push token (a random string) — not your personal identity — to route notifications.

AniList

Anime metadata, reviews, and recommendations are fetched from the public AniList GraphQL API. We do not send any user data to AniList. Requests are anonymous.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see or store your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple handles all billing securely.

Subscription features include:

Access across multiple platforms / app versions published by Rimzo Labs

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Push Notifications

Our iOS apps use provisional push notifications, a silent delivery method that does not show a permission dialog. Notifications are delivered quietly and appear in your notification center without interrupting you. You can manage notification preferences anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications → [App Name].

6. Website (aniwaves.app)

The Aniwaves website does not require registration. We automatically log standard server information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is required for hosting operations.

Cookies & Advertising

The website may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps and website are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information linked to your identity, there is no personal profile associated with you in our systems. However, you have the following rights:

Opt out of ads: Visit Google Ad Settings or enable "Limit Ad Tracking" in iOS Settings → Privacy → Advertising.
Disable notifications: Manage in iOS Settings → Notifications → [App Name].
Manage subscriptions: Manage in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Delete app data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. RevenueCat's anonymous ID can be reset by contacting us.

For GDPR or CCPA requests, contact us at the address below. Because no personal data is linked to your identity, deletion requests are typically fulfilled automatically upon app uninstall.
